Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead – US Healthcare Domain to drive healthcare-related projects, ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations, and lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in healthcare processes, payer-provider interactions, claims management, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, CMS, etc.).


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Provide strategic leadership and domain expertise in US healthcare, including payer, provider, and regulatory landscapes.
  • Stay updated on US healthcare trends, CMS policies, HIPAA regulations, and value-based care models.
  • Guide the team in implementing healthcare solutions that comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements for claims processing, revenue cycle management (RCM), and EHR/EMR systems.
  • Develop and implement automation strategies to improve workflow efficiencies.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA, HITECH, and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Work on healthcare data analytics to generate insights for process improvement and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure interoperability and data integrity in healthcare systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align business and regulatory needs.


Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years in US healthcare domain (payer, provider, compliance).
  • Strong knowledge of EHR/EMR, HL7, FHIR, X12 transactions.
  • Experience in project leadership, process optimization, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading teams and managing projects in Agile or Waterfall
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, CMS regulations, and healthcare compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze complex healthcare processes and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
