Job Description

Job Title: B2B Manager- full time

Salary: NPR 1,00,000+ (Plus Performance Bonuses)


Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partner agents.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new agents and representatives nationwide.
  • Ensure all agents are well-trained, aligned with company values, and regularly updated on programs and offers.
  • Visit partner offices and conduct regular check-ins to strengthen collaboration.
  • Set and achieve monthly/quarterly B2B targets for lead generation and conversion.
  • Organize agent meet-ups, networking events, and info sessions to build community and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline communication and support for agents.
  • Monitor agent performance and offer guidance to help them meet their individual targets.
  • Provide timely reports and updates to management.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the education consultancy sector (preferably with UK education exposure).
  • Proven track record of achieving B2B sales or partnership targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for meetings and events.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
