Job Description
Job Title: B2B Manager- full time
Salary: NPR 1,00,000+ (Plus Performance Bonuses)
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partner agents.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new agents and representatives nationwide.
- Ensure all agents are well-trained, aligned with company values, and regularly updated on programs and offers.
- Visit partner offices and conduct regular check-ins to strengthen collaboration.
- Set and achieve monthly/quarterly B2B targets for lead generation and conversion.
- Organize agent meet-ups, networking events, and info sessions to build community and loyalty.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline communication and support for agents.
- Monitor agent performance and offer guidance to help them meet their individual targets.
- Provide timely reports and updates to management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the education consultancy sector (preferably with UK education exposure).
- Proven track record of achieving B2B sales or partnership targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings and events.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
