Overview

The Finance and Account Manager plays a crucial role in the financial health of the organization by overseeing all aspects of financial management and accounting functions. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, developing budgets, and conducting risk assessments, which contribute to informed decision-making processes for strategic planning. The Finance and Account Manager collaborates with various departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations and to optimize the company’s financial performance. By providing insights through detailed financial analysis, this role assists the leadership team in identifying opportunities for growth and cost reduction while facilitating transparency in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes [ Monthly and Yearly ] ( Sales ,Sales Deduction, Marketing Expenses and Admin Expenses )
Periodic Closing of Books of Accounts
Variance Analysis and Reporting
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Management
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and laws
Scheme /Marketing Payout Settlements
CAPEX Management
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls
Treasury Management
Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders

Required Qualifications

CA/ACCA
Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with risk management and compliance audits.
Proven track record of improving financial processes and strategies.
Experience in preparing presentations for stakeholders.
Adaptability to changing financial landscapes and technologies.
