Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Officer - HR and Admin to join our team. The role involves managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular communication with the sourcing team and clients to address new hires and replacements.
- Oversee the issuance and acceptance of offer letters and collection of preliminary documents within the first week of onboarding.
- Verify new hires and ensure agreement-related documentation is completed within a week.
- Provide employees with detailed information on agreements, benefits, and processes for accessing benefits like SSF.
- Accurately update personal details in the HRM system and upload necessary documents.
- Prepare and provide an accurate salary sheet to the accounts department for payroll.
- Keep employee databases and documents updated and compliant with organizational requirements.
- Facilitate smooth employee exits by preparing release letters, conducting exit interviews, and settling accounts within seven days.
- Support administrative and project teams during emergency or urgent situations.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Understanding of HR Policies and procedures
· Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· 1-2 years of proven experience in HR and admin
· Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
· Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Ability to work well in a team and take initiative
