Location: Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hour: 9AM- 6PM
Working Days: 5 days a week
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant cum Office Runner to support our administrative and HR functions. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting and record-keeping skills, assist in the procurement manage office operations, and provide support to the HR department as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and expense reports.
- Assist in petty cash handling, reconciliations, and budget tracking.
- Ensure accurate documentation and filing of financial transactions.
- Handle office requirement management.
- Source and procure materials and services required for office operations.
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely payments.
- Oversee office maintenance, cleanliness, and facility management.
- Manage office documentation, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Run office-related errands, such as bank deposits, deliveries, and supply pickups.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and office events.
- Help maintain attendance records, leave applications, and HR documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Knowledge in administration, accounting, or procurement roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willingness to travel locally for office-related errands.
