Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Admission Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with universities, students, and agents, especially focusing on admissions for the Australia. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, and extensive experience in admissions documentation and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with universities to support the admissions process.
- Resolve students' and agents' issues calmly and professionally, even under high-pressure situations.
- Provide clear guidance to agents regarding admission criteria and application requirements.
- Manage admission documentation for students applying to the Australia, ensuring accuracy and compliance with university and visa requirements.
- Stay updated on admission requirements and visa documentation procedures for Australia.
- Use various computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, and CRM systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions, especially focused on the Australia.
- Proficiency in admission documentation for Australia universities.
- Strong computer skills, with experience in Word, Excel, email, Google Drive, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing top-notch support to agents and students.
