Job Overview 

We are looking for a Front-End Developer (React.js) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building high-performance, user-friendly web applications using modern front-end technologies. You will work closely with designers, back-end developers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain scalable, reusable, and efficient front-end components using React.js 
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience 
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness 
• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services 
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented JavaScript/TypeScript code 
• Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues 
• Implement best practices for state management (Redux, Context API, Recoil, Zustand, etc.) 
• Stay up to date with the latest React.js trends and best practices 
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional teams 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Experience: 5+ years in front-end development with React.js. 
• Expertise in: JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap. 
• State Management: Redux, Context API, Recoil, Zustand (any relevant experience). 
• API Integration: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Axios, Fetch API. 
• Build Tools: Webpack, Vite, Babel, ESLint, Prettier. 
• Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket. 
• Testing Frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress. 
• Performance Optimization: Lazy loading, code splitting, memorization, etc. 
• CI/CD Knowledge: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker (Bonus). 
• Experience with SSR (Next.js) is a plus. 
• Familiarity with Headless CMS, Firebase, or AWS services is an advantage. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with React Native (for mobile apps) 
• Familiarity with Micro Frontends 
• Knowledge of WebSocket, PWA, or Serverless architecture 
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for UI/UX
