Job Description
Roles & responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
- Answer customer questions about products and services
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store, including stocking shelves and displays
- Promote sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling
- Meet or exceed sales goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in management or hospitality management
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Must have a valid driver liscense & personal vechile
- Knowledge of cold store products and operations a plus
