Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit shops and businesses within assigned territories.
  • Promote and demonstrate company products effectively to potential customers.
  • Identify prospects and explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
  • Persuade and convert leads into customers using effective sales techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, customer interactions, feedback, and sales.
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide performance updates and share customer insights with supervisors.

 

Job Specification

Minimum Qualifications:

  • SEE / +2 completed (Bachelor’s degree running preferred).

Experience:

  • No prior sales experience required — freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Previous internship or part-time sales experience is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence, patience, and professionalism in handling customer responses.
  • Basic understanding of the product and target market (training provided).
  • Goal-oriented with a strong sense of motivation and responsibility.
  • Willingness to work in the field and travel within assigned areas.
  • Self-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
