Job Description
Role Overview:The Software Development Lead is responsible for overseeing development processes, ensuring code quality, and managing technical challenges. This role requires expertise in PHP, Python, and Node.js, along with strong leadership in guiding teams and handling production issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Principle Management – Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
Technical Problem Solving – Identify and resolve complex development issues across multiple technologies.
Code Management – Oversee code reviews, version control, and deployment strategies.
Production Rescue Management – Act swiftly to diagnose and resolve critical production issues.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in PHP, Python, and Node.js
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Experience in CI/CD, Git, and cloud-based deployments
Leadership and mentoring capabilities
Time:7AM to 3PM(6 days in a week)
Location:New Baneshwor (onsite)
