Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our healthcare services.
· Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and individuals.
· Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive activities.
· Create marketing materials and campaigns to increase brand awareness and service uptake.
· Achieve sales targets by actively pursuing leads, conducting presentations, and closing deals.
· Collaborate with the internal team to tailor solutions to client needs.
· Manage social media platforms and other digital marketing channels to enhance outreach.
· Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to management.
Qualifications and Skills
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
· A strong understanding of healthcare products and services is an advantage.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
