Job Description

The Sales Assistant – Highway Operations will play a key field‑based role in increasing bus and vehicle footfall at Kurintar e‑Stop and other thee GO e‑Stop branches. The position requires regular visits to bus stops, highway points, and transport hubs, building relationships with bus drivers, conductors, transport operators, and fleet owners, and actively promoting thee GO e‑Stop as the preferred stopping point for meals, rest, and facilities.


Key Responsibilities:
Field Sales & Driver Coordination

  • Visit bus stops, highway stoppage points, and transportation hubs on a regular basis
  • Visit travel companies, treks, educational institute, corporate houses
  • Directly engage with bus drivers, conductors, and transport entrepreneurs
  • Convince and coordinate with drivers to stop at Kurintar e-Stop and other thee GO eStop locations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with long-route bus operators and fleet managers
  • Keep records of contacted drivers, bus routes, and agreements


2. Business Promotion & Brand Representation

  • Promote thee GO e-Stop facilities including food court, clean restrooms, parking, and EV charging
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of stopping at thee GO e-Stop to drivers and passengers
  • Act as a brand ambassador representing thee GO’s professional, clean, and traveler-focused image
  • Support promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal sales drives


3. On-Site Sales Support

  • Assist customers and drivers at the e-Stop when required
  • Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth handling of bus groups
  • Help maximize food court, retail, and facility usage from group travelers
  • Collect feedback from drivers and passengers and report to management


4. Reporting & Market Feedback

  • Submit daily and weekly field visit reports
  • Share competitor activity, driver preferences, and route trends
  • Provide suggestions to improve driver retention and repeat stopping behavior
Job Specification
  • Minimum +2 / Intermediate level education

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Management, or Hospitality (preferred but not mandatory)


Experience Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferred sales experiences in travel sector or hospitality industry

  • Prior experience dealing with drivers, transport operators, or route businesses will be a strong advantage
