Position Summary:
As a Store Assistant at Hakui, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail store. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Inventory Management:
- Receive and stock merchandise according to store procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.
- Assist with stocktaking and physical inventory counts.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damages in inventory.
- Store Operations:
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Ensure that store displays and signage are up-to-date and attractive.
- Assist with merchandising and product placement.
- Sales:
- Promote sales and cross-selling opportunities.
- Assist in achieving store sales targets.
- Participate in sales training and development programs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail setting.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using POS systems.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Experience in visual merchandising.
- Basic knowledge of retail math and calculations.
