Position: General Manager - 4 Star Resort

Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our stunning 4-star resort nestled in the heart of Rupandehi Province 5. Spread across a sprawling 10+ bigha property, our resort offers guests a luxurious escape amidst breathtaking natural beauty.

About You:

We are looking for a seasoned hospitality professional with a proven track record of success in leading similar high-end resorts. You possess a deep understanding of all aspects of resort operations, including:

• Guest Services: Ensuring exceptional guest experiences that exceed expectations.
• Operations Management: Overseeing daily operations across all departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, recreation, and guest services.
• Financial Management: Developing and managing budgets, maximizing profitability, and driving revenue.
• Human Resources: Leading a strong team, fostering a positive work environment, overseeing recruitment, training, and development.
• Sales & Marketing: Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract guests and maintain a strong brand image.
• Safety & Security: Ensuring the resort adheres to all safety and security regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8/10 years of experience in luxury resort management.
• Proven track record of increasing guest satisfaction, staff engagement, and revenue growth.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
• Fluency in English and Nepali languages, with additional languages a plus.
