Position: Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Executive with the following attributes to join our team of young and enthusiastic individuals. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes. 

Responsibilities

• Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
• Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
• Contribute to new business development efforts by identifying potential clients and developing proposals.
• Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
• Sound in English/Nepali communication skills (Both oral and written)
• Manage multiple client campaigns and ensure delivery of high-quality results on time and within budget
• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business goals
• Good Client Service Orientation and Interpersonal skills
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless, integrated approach to client campaigns
• Adaptability and planning skills
• Up to date with Social Media Trends
• Self motivated
• A Team Player

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques, including paid search, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
• Self-starter attitude with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
