Job Description
Miracle Education Services is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Australian cum UK Education Counselor to guide students through the process of studying abroad. The counselor will be responsible for providing accurate and updated information about universities, courses, admission processes, visa procedures, and post-study opportunities in Australia and the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and counseling skills with a proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional counseling and guidance to students regarding study options in Australia and the UK.
- Assess students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial capacities to recommend suitable institutions and courses.
- Assist students throughout the admission, documentation, and visa application processes.
- Visa lodgement procedure should be carried out
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university admission requirements, visa policies, and scholarship opportunities.
- Coordinate and follow up with universities and institutions for application processing and offers.
- Conduct counseling sessions, webinars, and seminars to promote study destinations.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, applications, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets set by the management team.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner institutions and clients.
Job Specification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in education counseling, preferably for Australia and the UK.
- In-depth understanding of the Australian and UK education systems, universities, courses, and visa processes.
- Familiarity with GS (Genuine Student) assessment, SOP guidance, and CAS procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
