Job Summary

Yujan International Job Placement Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Counsellor to guide and assist clients interested in international job opportunities. The counsellor will be responsible for providing accurate information, supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process, and ensuring a smooth communication flow between clients and the organization. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide counselling and guidance to candidates regarding international job opportunities.

  • Explain the recruitment process, documentation requirements, and procedures clearly to applicants.

  • Assist candidates in completing application forms and preparing necessary documents.

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and update them about their application status.

  • Respond to candidate inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional manner.

  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and update the database regularly.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of candidate applications.

  • Support marketing or promotional activities when required.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and applicants.

Job Specification

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum +2 (Intermediate) or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience

  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.

  • Prior experience in counselling, customer service, recruitment, or related fields will be an advantage.

Required Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).

  • Ability to handle clients professionally and maintain confidentiality.
