Job Description
Overview:
Mero Coding Class is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Sales Executive passionate about technology and education. This role involves promoting and selling tech-related training programs, managing client relationships, and supporting outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell tech courses and training programs to individuals and organizations
- Follow up on leads from calls, walk-ins, and social media platforms
- Guide interested candidates through the inquiry and enrollment process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Identify and reach out to schools, colleges, and institutions for collaboration
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations
- Identify new business opportunities and potential outreach channels
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
Job Specification
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–2 years of proven experience in sales (education or training sector preferred)
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in making presentations and client meetings
- Familiarity with tech products and basic social media usage
- Target-driven mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow
