Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated Australia Education Counselor to join our team. The counselor will be responsible for providing accurate guidance and support to students seeking to pursue higher education in Australia. You will assist in university/college selection, application procedures, visa counseling, and overall pre-departure support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students on studying in Australia based on academic background, interests, and financial capabilities
  • Provide accurate information about Australian universities/colleges, courses, tuition fees, scholarships, and intakes
  • Assist in the admission process including document collection, SOP preparation, and application submission
  • Guide students through the Australian student visa (Subclass 500) process, including Genuine Student (GS) requirements
  • Maintain communication with institutions, partners, and students throughout the admission and visa process
  • Follow up with students regularly.
  • Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events
  • Keep up to date with changes in Australian education policies and visa regulations

 

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Management, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in counseling for Australia (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Australian institutions, courses, and visa process (GS, financials, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Nepali (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
