Job Description
Lumbini World School at Butwal is seeking a dynamic, visionary, and experienced Principal to lead our academic and administrative operations. Leadership & Management Skills
- Strong ability to lead academic programs, faculty teams, and student initiatives.
- Experience in school planning, scheduling, budgeting, and policy implementation.
- Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and evaluate teachers effectively.
Academic Competence
- Sound understanding of national and international curricula (NEB, Cambridge, IB, or similar).
- Ability to uphold high academic standards and implement innovative teaching-learning practices.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, students, parents, and the community.
Other Requirements

- Ability to manage overall school operations, discipline, safety, and compliance protocols.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in modern, progressive, or residential school systems.
Job Specification
- Master’s degree in education, Educational Leadership/Management, or a relevant field.
- Additional training or certification in school leadership, administration, or related areas is preferred.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience at the secondary or higher-secondary level.
- At least 3–5 years of proven leadership or administrative experience, preferably as a Vice Principal, Coordinator, Head of Department, or Principal.
