Job Description
- Responsible for leading a team of maintenance personnel and contractors, providing guidance, and ensuring that maintenance work is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures for equipment and facilities to ensure that they are properly maintained, repaired, and upgraded.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. They must also ensure that all maintenance personnel follow safety procedures while performing their tasks.
- Monitor equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and take corrective action as necessary.
- Diagnose problems related to utilities (DG, PLCs, and Sewage treatment plant, Water treatment, Air Compressor, firefighting equipment, electrical suppliers, chiller and others).
