Job Description
- Maintain a child-friendly environment in the class and encourage other staffs, like sisters, to do the same
- Planning and preparing activities to develop all aspects of the child & individual development in a stimulating atmosphere
- Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school
- Taking responsibility for the progress of a class
- Keeping up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum developed by head office
- Manage children behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures
- Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences
- Motivating students with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation
Job Specification
- Candidates must have obtained Montessori Teachers Training Program
- Fluency in English is must
- Should have good communication skill
- Creative and innovative style in handling the kids
- Knowledge of child-centered teaching and learning methodology
- Relevant training will be a plus point
