Job Description
The MarketingAssociate will be responsible for creating visuallyengaging and on-brandcontent across digital and print channels. This role is ideal for a creative individual with design skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to take initiative.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Design creativeand effective digitalassets for socialmedia, digital ads, websites, landing pages, and presentations.
- Create engaging printable graphics for sales collateral and other marketing materials.
- Produce multimedia contentincluding videos, GIFs, and motiongraphics as needed.
- Present ideas with rough layoutsand concepts for products and services.
- Produce scalable templates that can be easily iteratedfor new projects.
- Consistently generate high-quality, on-brand graphics delivered to deadlines.
- Contribute to market researchprojects to identifyeffective communication strategies for target audiences.
- Help create a consistent brand experience acrossmarketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing Officerand Executive Operations Assistant for approvals and campaign alignment.
- Proactively suggestcontent ideas and improvements and demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow.
Job Specification
Task Related:
- At least 2 years'experience in graphicdesign or content creation.
- Demonstrable graphic designskills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with desktop publishing and design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma at the very least.
- Understanding of marketing, social media, digital campaigns, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Experience with computer-aided design a plus.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field preferred.

- Have a keen eye for aesthetics, details,and visual compositions.
- Effective time management and abilityto meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of social media,web, and print best practices.
- Excellent communication skillsat all levels.
