Job Description
This is a field sales role responsible for increasing product availability, visibility, and sales in retail shops across Kathmandu Valley. You will visit markets daily, collect orders, and support distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily retail market visits
- Collect orders from retailers & support distributors
- Appoint and maintain sub-dealers/wholesalers
- Increase product visibility, placement, and availability
- Execute promotions, schemes, and store branding
- Build strong retailer & distributor relationships
- Submit simple daily/weekly sales reports
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Job Specification
- 1–5 years of FMCG/Herbal/Pharma field sales experience
- Minimum +2/Intermediate (Bachelor Degree Prefered)
- Strong retail & distribution network in Kathmandu (preferred)
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic reporting (WhatsApp/Excel)
