Job Description
Magicare Nepal, a trusted name in dermatologically tested skin and hair care solutions, is seeking energetic and motivated Medical Representatives to join our growing team. This role involves promoting our products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and supporting overall brand visibility in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and detail Magicare’s dermatological products to doctors, dermatologists, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors.
- Execute marketing and sales strategies to meet territory goals.
- Regularly visit clients and provide product information, samples, and promotional materials.
- Report on competitor activity, sales progress, and customer feedback.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions when required.
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the head office team for inventory, logistics, and marketing support.
Job Specification
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Pharmacy, Science, or a medical-related field).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent marketing and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Possession of a two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
- Age limit: Below 26 years preferred.
