Job Description
  • Sales Conversion: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone and online platforms to promote and sell our machinery products.
  • Client Interaction: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues, to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to our sales strategies and protocols.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately log all sales interactions and transactions in our database, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and updates.
  • Flexibility: Be prepared to take on additional tasks or roles within the company as needed.
Job Specification
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales / E- Commerce. 
  • Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Expert in Nepalese and  English].
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to persuade, negotiate, and sell products effectively.
  • Leadership: Should be able to create and manage a team of 20+ Executives.
