Job Description
Heaven Handicraft is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Girl to assist customers and promote handicraft products in the store. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while helping customers choose suitable products.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
Provide detailed information about handicraft products and their features.
Help customers select products according to their preferences.
Maintain proper display and arrangement of products in the store.
Handle billing and cash transactions when required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
Support in stock management and product inventory.
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Job Specification
Minimum SEE / +2 completed.
Previous retail or sales experience will be an advantage (Freshers can also apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of English and Nepali.
Friendly personality with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
