Food Product Manager (FMCG & Meat Products)

Manage the entire product lifecycle for FMCG and meat products from procurement to sales.
Develop, launch, and monitor new products according to market demand.
Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and retail partners.
Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create online campaigns for product promotion.
Identify new business opportunities to grow market share.
Lead and train sales and distribution teams on product knowledge and sales strategies.
Ensure timely delivery and proper inventory management.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in FMCG/Meat products sector.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality control.
Familiarity with sourcing, supply chain management, and logistics.
Experience working with modern trade, retail chains, and wholesale markets.
Hands-on experience in pricing strategies and cost management
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and inventory management software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with content creation ideas to engage customers (e.g., recipe videos, cooking tips).
Understanding of e-commerce sales and online order management.
Ability to coordinate with the digital marketing team to run online promotions for FMCG and meat products.
