Job Description

Raise Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and client-focused Customer Relationship Specialist (CRS) to enhance our customer engagement and conversion process. The CRS will be responsible for maintaining communication with potential and existing clients, providing accurate information, and supporting business growth through effective follow-ups and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with both potential and existing customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Convince clients to place orders and ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Deliver accurate and detailed product/service information to clients.
  • Maintain and update client records and databases.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance and activity reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
Job Specification

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, client handling, or sales.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to follow up and convert leads into customers.
  • Excellent reporting and documentation abilities.
  • Highly organized with a proactive approach to work.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
