Job Description
To provide end-to-end client support and relationship management after the sale of Kumari Job, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and renewal through efficient execution, tracking, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, feedback collection, and support.
- Work with the Business Development and marketing teams to ensure Meta Ads/social media reach is executed per plan timelines.
- Handle product/service complaints, coordinating with relevant departments to provide timely resolutions.
- Monitor daily/weekly performance metrics and proactively send client performance reports.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, escalations, and feedbacks.
- Collect and relay insights to the sales/business development and product teams for service improvement.
- Ensure all after-sales activities comply with company policies and service standards.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements in processes or services.
- Provide periodic reports and performance metrics related to after-sales activities.
Job Specification
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource, or related field with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in after-sales or client servicing.
OR
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field with minimum 1 year of experience.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Nepali.
- Good understanding of digital platforms, job portals, and recruitment service delivery.
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Familiarity with ATS, Meta ad campaigns, and resume search tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating across departments.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior work in a job portal, HR tech, staffing firm, or digital client servicing role.
