Job Description
  • Prepare project budgets, finance reports and maintain all necessary financial records in compliance with organization rules and policies.
  • Lead to manage administrative functions of Project (s) such as regular payment, contract management, filing system, assets and inventory management, purchasing and managing of supplies etc.
  • Develop procurement plan and act as per the need of the Project.
  • Provide general administrative support including preparing letters and documents, mail deliveries, schedule appointments etc.
  • Manage human resource profile, payment of salaries and benefits of the project staffs.
  • Assist to organize meetings/conference, and seminar as per the requirement.
  • Manage (and ensure) all logistical arrangements of staffs for field visits and movements related to business trip.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Project Manager.
Job Specification
  • Good understanding of working with external development partners, government and multi-culture system.
  • Excellent skills in written English language and preparing technical reports.
