Job Description
Office Timing is 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: 30,000- 50,000 NRP and depending on experience.
- Assisting the store manager in all areas of daily business operations, human resources, customer service and merchandising.
- Assisting the store manager in all aspects of the store management process
- Assisting with the administration of the store
- Scheduling interviews and recruiting qualified candidates
- Monitoring and training new employees
- Driving the sales and profitability of the store
- Ensuring the store meets all safety standards
- Building and maintaining a high level of customer experience
Job Specification
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Store Development or similar roles
- Professional experience required: oversee trading and logistic, accounting, and marketing.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
