Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Sales Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting both the finance and sales departments, ensuring seamless client onboarding, financial coordination, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare financial documents, client proposals, and presentations for the sales team.
Assist with client onboarding processes, including KYC documentation and account setup.
Coordinate with the finance team for timely billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation in CRM and financial systems.
Respond to client inquiries related to pricing, products, and financial terms.
Monitor and report on sales metrics and financial targets.
Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Liaise with banks and financial institutions when required.
Support marketing and promotional materials related to financial services.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
Job Specification
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in finance or sales support roles (internships accepted).
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Basic understanding of financial products, billing processes, and accounting principles.
Knowledge of ERP or accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
Communication & Organizational Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
