About Company

To manage day-to-day accounting transactions, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities ensuring accurate and timely financial records in line with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Accounting Operations
  • Record and maintain all accounting transactions in accountting software
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor bills and client invoices.
  • Process employee reimbursements and petty cash entries.
  • Banking and Reconciliation
  • Prepare and post bank payments, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking.
  • Reconcile ledgers, advances, and inter-company transactions.
  • Taxation & Statutory Compliance
  • Calculate and file TDS, VAT, SSF, CIT, and other applicable taxes.
  • Prepare and maintain compliance documents and payment records.
  • Coordinate with auditors and government authorities for compliance matters.
  • Financial Reporting
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Generate profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
  • Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
  • Internal Controls & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation.
  • Ensure proper filing of bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Follow internal control procedures and suggest improvements.
  • Coordination and Support
  • Support external audit processes with necessary reports and documents.
  • Coordinate with HR, operations, and vendors for finance-related queries.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of accounting software.
  • Understanding of Nepal’s tax laws, SSF, CIT, VAT, and TDS regulations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
