Job Description
Safal Food Pvt. Ltd.( http://safalfood.com.np ) is seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive direct sales and promote our product line across retail outlets and households. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fieldwork, skilled in communication, and experienced in both traditional and digital marketing. You will play a crucial role in increasing brand visibility and achieving sales targets through door-to-door campaigns and retail engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution
- Conduct door-to-door visits to generate leads and close sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, shop owners, and local distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue retail partnerships.
Field Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Perform regular field visits to promote products, distribute samples, and collect feedback.
- Represent the brand during community events, markets, and local campaigns.
Marketing Strategy & Support
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align field activities with overall marketing goals.
Market Research & Analysis
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Provide actionable insights to improve sales and marketing performance.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Support in managing social media platforms to promote campaigns and offers.
- Help create and share engaging content to boost online visibility and engagement.
Job Specification
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, field marketing, or FMCG preferred.
- Experience in door-to-door or retail-focused sales is highly desirable.
Key Competencies:
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in using smartphones, social media apps, and basic digital tools.
- Strong time management, organization, and follow-up skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Must have a valid driving license (two-wheeler preferred).
- Willing to travel extensively for fieldwork and market visits.
