Job Description
As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for executing ground-level marketing initiatives, building strong customer and driver relationships, and supporting the overall business growth of Nepcab in the Nepalgunj region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute local marketing strategies to promote the app among users and drivers.
- Conduct field visits to onboard new driver partners and educate them on using the app.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure user satisfaction.
- Identify local promotional opportunities and community engagement activities.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to the central marketing team.
- Handle queries, provide on-ground support, and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, campaigns, and roadshows.
- Track marketing performance and prepare weekly reports on progress.
Job Specification
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Completed or Currently Running).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience in marketing, sales, fieldwork, or app-based services is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle field responsibilities confidently.
- Good understanding of the Nepalgunj area and local market dynamics.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred (not mandatory).
