Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Assistant Manager with strong industry exposure in hospitality, tourism, hotels, and logistics. The ideal candidate should have an extensive professional network, strong knowledge of tour operations, and proven experience coordinating with hotels, logistics providers, and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate hospitality, tourism, and tour-related operations and assignments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, resorts, travel partners, transport/logistics providers, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Leverage an established network within the hospitality and tourism industry to support business requirements.
  • Coordinate hotel bookings, transportation, logistics, and other arrangements for tours and assignments.
  • Handle and coordinate government permissions, approvals, licenses, and related documentation as required.
  • Liaise with government offices and relevant authorities to ensure timely completion of necessary formalities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, hotels, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of assignments.
  • Take responsibility for assigned projects from planning through execution and completion.
  • Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify suitable hospitality and tourism partners and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Prepare and maintain necessary records, documents, and operational updates.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-10+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, tourism, travel, hotel operations, or related industries.
  • Freshers are also highly encouraged to apply
  • Strong professional network within the hospitality and tourism industry.
  • Good knowledge of tour operations, hotels, logistics, and travel arrangements.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating government permissions, approvals, and official procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to independently handle and execute assigned responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
