Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our expanding team for a well-known FMCG brand. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, effectively pitching products, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a timely manner. The role demands someone who is energetic, confident, and passionate about delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads and expand client base.
- Pitch products effectively to clients and close sales deals within short timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Report sales performance and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Think creatively and suggest new strategies to improve sales performance.
Job Specification
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum qualification: Completion of Grade 12 (Higher Secondary).
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
- Prior sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Freshers with the right attitude and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently pitch products and close deals quickly.
- Smart, alert, and proactive personality.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
