Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our expanding team for a well-known FMCG brand. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, effectively pitching products, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a timely manner. The role demands someone who is energetic, confident, and passionate about delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales leads and expand client base.
  • Pitch products effectively to clients and close sales deals within short timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Report sales performance and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
  • Think creatively and suggest new strategies to improve sales performance.
Job Specification

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum qualification: Completion of Grade 12 (Higher Secondary).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Experience:

  • Prior sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Freshers with the right attitude and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to confidently pitch products and close deals quickly.
  • Smart, alert, and proactive personality.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer psychology.
  • Proficiency in local language; English language skills are a plus.
