Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves managing corporate and banking client relationships, ensuring smooth order processing, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will also support general office coordination and routine banking tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively follow up with corporate clients and banks to secure orders and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
- Handle regular bank-related tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Assist in various office coordination tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and dispatch updates.
- Support the sales and marketing team in executing campaigns and promotional activities when required.
Job Specification
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 6 Month+ of experience in sales coordination, marketing, or administrative support roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
