Job Description
  • ¬†Front Desk Duties: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees. Greet clients, answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.

  • ¬†Appointment Management: Schedule and manage client appointments, coordinating with counselors or other staff members to ensure optimal scheduling and efficient use of time.

  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate client records and documentation, including intake forms, consent forms, progress notes, and other relevant paperwork, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.

  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders both in person and via various communication channels, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Problem-Solving: Address client inquiries, concerns, or conflicts with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset, seeking guidance from supervisors or appropriate staff when necessary.

  • Spread Positivity & professionalism: Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Always represent the organization positively and create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients.

Job Specification
  • +2 or Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the role, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
