Job Summary

One of our subsidy company is hiring a Finance and Banking Sr. Officer/Officer to manage day-to-day banking operations, support treasury and cash management, and ensure timely accounting coordination for our EV automobile activities. This role is ideal for candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience who can handle payments, bank reconciliations, and compliance with discipline and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with banks for payment processing, account activities, and documentation updates related to EV automobile payments.
  • Prepare and review payment vouchers, bank transfer requests, and supporting documentation for approval and settlement.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and investigate variances to ensure accurate cash and bank balances.
  • Track cash flow, manage daily/weekly fund requirements, and support short-term treasury planning.
  • Maintain records of loans/financing-related documents (where applicable) and support follow-up for statements and confirmations.
  • Support monthly/quarterly closing by providing banking and payment information to the accounting team.
  • Ensure compliance with internal finance controls, audit requirements, and company policies for banking transactions.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business Studies/Management/Finance or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, accounts, banking operations, or treasury functions in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively, including handling multiple payment deadlines and urgent banking requests.
  • Ability to multitask, supporting parallel voucher processing, bank coordination, and reconciliation tasks without errors.
  • Ability to work hard, ensuring timely completion of fund checks, documentation verification, and follow-ups with banks.
  • Proficiency in accounting and banking documentation (vouchers, ledgers, statements) with strong accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Familiarity with reconciliation workflows and basic financial analysis of cash/bank movements.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in manufacturing or automotive-related finance processes, including cash handling and vendor payment cycles.
  • Exposure to ERP/accounting software used for voucher management and bank reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of Nepal-specific compliance practices for payments and documentation in corporate banking.
