Job Description
  • Collaborate closely with department managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain an active and engaging talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the development and execution of recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment activities to the management team.
Job Specification
  • Masters in Business Administration specialized in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role, with a track record of successful placements.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
