Job Description

  • Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Handle office correspondence and filing systems.
  • Handle information requests from clients and visitors.
  • Arrange, schedule and organize staff meetings and other departmental meetings when required.

  • Experience in manpower field is highly preferred
