  • Handling administrative issues related to the functioning of the office in cooperation with other administrative personnel.
  • Maintain the books of accounts and other tasks related to accounting.
  • Provide filing services, documentation and archiving.
  • Receive and make telephone calls and mails keep record of all these calls and mails.
  • Provide photocopying and document binding services as requested.
  • Offer circulation of mail service within the office.
  • Work with the relevant officers on arrangement of workshops/meetings materials.
  • Provide errands, travel and banking services as required.
  • All other duties as assigned by other senior officers.
