Job Description
- File and goods transfer
- Check and keep a log of incoming and outgoing
- Visit bank and other place as per needed
- Working knowledge of office equipments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
- Determine destinations by referring to addresses on packages and documents
- Ensure that packages or messages are delivered in a time efficient manner
- Handle packages and documents with care especially ones that are marked “fragile.”
- Ensure that packages are ready for delivery by packing them in a safe manner
- Take COD (cash on delivery) where appropriate and deposit cash into the bank as instructed before the delivery
Job Specification
- Light accounting duty.
- Driving license holder compulsory
