Job Description

Managing Business

  • Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company to achieve sales objectives
  • Determine and assign sales quotas, targets, and/or goals. Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue.
  • Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients.
  • Monitor competition, economic indicators, and Market trends.
  • Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.
  • Collaborate with sales officer/ Executives to develop lead generation plans
  • Familiarizing with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
  • Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Collating and maintaining client information in the database.
  • Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Assist in Planning, Preparation and Implementation of advertorials, events, roundtables and workshops as required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

Managing Team:

  • Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards for sales officers or Business development executives and review their performance in a weekly basis
  • Responsible for motivating and advising sales tam to improve their performance, as well as hiring and training new sales representatives
  • Ensure that the sales department works cross functionally with executives from other departments.
  • Ability to unite a team under a shared vision and know what motivates each member.
  • Ensure that sales team submit their report correctly in a timely manner
  • Generate timely sales reports
  • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis

Managing Clients and Agencies

  • Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and monitor their preferences.
  • Resolve escalated client issues and customer complaints regarding advertisement.
  • Provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans and discount rates.
  • Provide advanced negotiation expertise.
  • Connect Management or other departments with clients as per need.
