Job Description

  • Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports

    2              Documents financial transactions by entering account information.

    3              Prepare income statements, balance sheet, bank statements, cashbook, and daily bookkeeping etc.

    4              Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets

    5              Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements

    6              Compute taxes owed and prepare tax filing ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements

    7              Maintain good knowledge about existing and new legislation

    8              Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures

    9              Maintains confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential

    10           Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options. 

    11           Conducts administrative duties like salary sheets, rental collections, etc.

    12           Co-ordinate weekly and monthly cash flows, ensuring all information is collated and up to date, monitoring of accuracy
