We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support daily human resource and administrative operations. The role involves managing employee records, assisting in recruitment, maintaining attendance and payroll data, and ensuring smooth onboarding and exit processes. The ideal candidate will help maintain compliance with company policies while providing administrative support to management and coordinating with the accounts team when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records, files, and documentation.
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
Manage and track employee attendance and leave records.
Support payroll processing by preparing and verifying necessary data.
Prepare HR reports and maintain staff-related information.
Coordinate employee onboarding and exit procedures.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and HR guidelines are properly followed.
Provide administrative support to management as required.
Coordinate with the accounts department for HR and payroll-related matters.
Job Specification
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR and Administration
Strong experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and compliance
Experience in handling full HR cycle (hiring to exit process)
Experience in policy implementation and staff management
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures
Good understanding of Nepal Labor Law
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with HR software/system preferred
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Personal Attributes:
High level of professionalism and integrity
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Ability to handle confidential information
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
