Job Description
GSMBAZAR is hiring a responsible, punctual, and organized Store Clerk to support daily store operations at our Maha Bouddha outlet. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of retail store management and the ability to assist both internal staff and walk-in customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, organize, and manage incoming stock
- Assist walk-in customers with product selection and purchases
- Record inventory transactions manually or using software
- Pack and label customer orders accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure attractive product displays
- Support billing, invoicing, and daily customer handling
- Coordinate with internal teams and delivery staff
- Prepare and submit daily sales and stock reports
Job Specification
- Minimum academic qualification: +2 (Intermediate Level)
- Prior experience in retail/store operations preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic computer and mobile application knowledge (POS or Excel)
- Good communication skills in Nepali; basic English is a plus
- Honest, responsible, punctual, and hardworking personality
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: NPR 18,000 – 22,000 (based on experience)
