Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales leads and market opportunities.
- Visit clients (retailers, wholesalers, industrial buyers) to understand their needs and promote products.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies.
- Handle customer queries, follow up on leads, and ensure after-sales support.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Job Specification
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in B2B or industrial/manufacturing sales preferred (minimum 1 year advantageous).
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of sales techniques and marketing principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
